1. Dawarha Coins Overview

Dawarha Coins serve as units of exchange that users can earn based on their recycling activities. These coins unlock benefits within the Dawarha app. Please note that Dawarha Coins cannot be converted into cash, except in cases where specific conditions, such as challenge rewards and other criteria, are explicitly outlined.

2. Accumulation and Redemption of Coins

Users earn Dawarha coins by recycling plastic bottles and cans through Dawarha RVMs. These coins can be redeemed through the Dawarha store for in-store discount vouchers, online promo codes, product discounts, and Dawarha shop items.

3. Transferability

Dawarha Coins can be transferred or gifted to other users, limited to three transactions per month and a maximum of 30 coins per transfer. Please note that these transaction limits are subject to change at any time without prior notice and may vary based on the user's membership level and subscription status.

4. Expiry and Validity

Dawarha reserves the right to determine the eligible forms of coin usage and modify the value of coins in relation to plastic bottles and cans at any time without prior notice. Dawarha Coins may expire without advance notice or compensation. Additionally, Dawarha maintains the right to adjust the value of coins for specific recycling activities and/or for specific machines, and/or for specific brands.

5. Refund Policy

Users cannot request refunds for transferred or redeemed coins.

6. Changes to the Coin System

Dawarha retains the authority to modify or terminate the coins system, including but not limited to its value, availability, or functionality, anytime without prior notification.

7. Dawarha Store

The Dawarha app offers various products through the Dawarha store and allows third-party shops to list their products. These products include in-store discount vouchers, online promo codes, products, and discounts on products obtained through the Dawarha store or partnerships with third parties.

8. Your Purchases

1. Users are limited to making only three purchases per month. This cap is subject to change at any time without prior notice and may be based on the user’s membership levels and subscription status.
2. Purchases cannot be returned or refunded once bought, redeemed, gifted, or expired.
3. Purchases come with expiration dates that may vary depending on the type of item you are buying, sponsor campaigns, and other factors. Dawarha reserves the right to alter voucher expiration dates without prior notice or compensation.
4. Expired vouchers are not eligible for refunds or compensation.
5. Online vouchers ("promo codes") expire 24 hours after activation and are not eligible for refunds or compensation.
6. Dawarha reserves the right to suspend voucher usage and sales for specified durations temporarily.

9. Prohibited Activities

• Cheating by manipulating recycling activities to unfairly earn Dawarha coins.
• Hacking or attempting to gain unauthorized access to Dawarha's systems or accounts.
• Abusing the system by engaging in fraudulent activities to accumulate coins, such as exploiting loopholes or using automated scripts.
• Selling or exchanging Dawarha coins for monetary compensation or any other form of value outside the Dawarha platform.
• Using vouchers or coins obtained through illegitimate means, including but not limited to hacking, cheating, or unauthorized use.
• Engaging in fraudulent behavior, including identity theft, impersonation, or providing false information.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in any form of abusive behavior towards other Dawarha users or staff.
• Violating the terms of service, community guidelines, or any other policies outlined by Dawarha.
• Any other activity deemed inappropriate, unlawful, or contrary to the spirit of fair play and community integrity as determined by Dawarha.

10. Mobile-Specific Language

Adjustments have been made to reflect the mobile app environment, ensuring that the terms are applicable to app screens and the mobile interface.

11. User Interface Elements

We've included information about app-specific features and functionalities that enhance the user experience within the app.

12. Navigation and Layout

Terms are presented in a format suitable for mobile screens, ensuring easy accessibility within the app's navigation structure.

13. User Experience Considerations

The terms have been revised to ensure they are concise, easy to understand, and presented in a user-friendly manner within the app.
